Full-time postgraduate student commencing studies at UNSW. I am seeking a stable, longer-term living arrangement and plan to remain in Sydney long term.

• Rental history

I have a verifiable rental history since early 2023, with consistent on-time rent payments. A complete tenancy ledger can be provided upon request.

• Financial readiness

I am financially prepared to meet rental obligations and can provide proof of balance if required.

• What I’m looking for

I am ideally looking for a 6–12 month arrangement. Where possible, I prefer a standard residential tenancy agreement or to be added to the lease as a co-tenant, and value clear written terms and proper rent records.

• Living style

I am tidy in shared areas and maintain a quiet, study-focused routine. I do not smoke or keep pets. I value a calm, respectful household and clear expectations among housemates.

• Open to teaming up

I’m also open to connecting with like-minded people who are interested in leasing a place together through a standard real estate process. I value shared responsibility, clear communication, and a structured arrangement, with the aim of finding a place where the individual rent remains within a reasonable and manageable range.

Happy to attend in-person inspections when available and discuss details at a convenient time.
