Single mum + 5yo — looking to share a rental (team up or join an existing place)

Hi! I’m a single mum with a 5-year-old and I’m looking for another single parent / kid-friendly housemate to share a rental in Brunswick or within a 20mins drive around Brunswick ASAP.

I’m open to two options:
1. Team up and apply for a place together, or
2. Move into an existing setup if you already have a suitable place/room available.

What I’m looking for
• Calm, stable, respectful home (school routines + early bedtime friendly)
• Not a party household — low-drama
• Clear communication and shared responsibility in common areas
• House/townhouse/apartment with balcony all fine

About us
• Reliable, tidy, and organised
• My daughter is gentle and used to shared spaces
• Looking for longer-term if it’s a good fit (but can move quickly)

Budget
• Up to $650/week for my share (depending on the setup and what’s included)
