Hi! My name is Chirath, and I am a PhD student at QUT. My wife and I are looking for a place to rent, ideally within 45 minutes of the university by public transport.
We are a quiet, responsible couple seeking a clean and comfortable long-term rental (if it’s the right fit). Ideally, we are looking for a studio or one-bedroom unit with a private bathroom and kitchen, but we are also open to discussing other suitable options.
We are non-smokers, tidy, and respectful of the property and neighbors. We enjoy a calm lifestyle and like spending our free time on small gardening activities and caring for plants, if applicable.
Our preferred move-in date is February 18. Budget and location are open for discussion.
