I'm a career hospitality man, marathoner, lover of photography, sport, literature and nature, originally born in Brisbane, who has lived and worked all over the world.

I'm looking for a decent sized room in a share house with some like-minded, healthy people.

I have my quirks, and I wouldn't say I'm a "Brisbane person" (at all), and am moving to Melbourne to continue challenging myself in my career, as well as connecting with the community and culture down here - a community and culture that I've always loved, enjoyed and resonated with.

I already have some close friends living down here, but I'm looking forward to connecting more to the city and its people.

I consider myself an extremely clean, neat and organized person, respectful and sensitive of how my energy effects a space and those within it. I think I'm a great person to live with.

Co-habitants would have to be ok with my hospitality hours - although I am very respectful and quiet coming home late at night, if coming home late at night happens to be the case (this isn't a certainty or the status quo).

In any case, I also don't mind if you're an early morning person - it won't bother my sleep. - I would consider myself a "morning person" anyway.

I can cook, love to clean, will make and share drinks at home, am financially stable, responsible and independent, am a gardener and enjoy a house that has plants and books, and would need a space for a bike to be safely stored.

I play music (guitar), and am a big heavy metal fan, though I'm super aware that this isn't everyone's cup of tea, so would attenuate it's intensity, as and when it might be necessary.

In my spare time, I'm always leaning in to looking after myself both physically and mentally, which encompasses many facets of my personal interests - whether it's my love for running, riding and racing, saunas and ice baths, or fun and frivolity!

I grew up with 4 sisters, so I get along better with women, but can and enjoy connection with all genders, ages and types (except real estate bros, cops and politicians).

I'm flexible on price for rent, length of stay and move-in date.

I can also bring my own furnishings/life kit/accoutrements/stuff, both for the room and shared spaces/items, if this is something that is necessary or needed as a contribution.
