We’re looking for a family home, my partner and I and our 12 year-old daughter we have two our old boys who may come and stay from time to time but looking for their own homesand an adult girl in Western Australia Australia. We have a tiny little caboodle puppy. She’s harmless and well trained doesn’t dig. Just plays eats and sleeps. I’m a Fencing contractor and at work most days. My partner is a primary school teacher and we just wanna have something closer to the city as she lives in Beenleigh. I’m in East Brisbane but my place is too small for a family. We’re hoping to buy in 18 months or so looking for a 4 to 5 x 2 preferably with a garden as I like to grow veggies we’re clean, tidy, quiet and don’t ever entertain something with separate living quarters for the adults and children would be great but beggars can’t be choosers. I shed would be great. Aircon not necessary ceiling fans would do, actually preferred. Happy to live anywhere really if the right property came available, something on acreage would be amazing more than happy to maintain the property. I’m quite handy and can do maintenance too. Definitely interested in anything that’s available. It will either suit us or it won’t. Somewhere south of the city between slacks Creek and the city preferably closer to the city but then again I would travel for acreage. Price is negotiable for the right place. Nice kitchen and decent size bedrooms preferable. No looking to share looking for our place something with an independent living space for the older boys would be amazing but again not necessary. My partner’s lease is up August 30 and someone will be taking over mine. We are perfect tenants, have our,own furniture don’t party, drug free and only drink on occasion. A few cold ones after work. Our home is our sanctuary and will treat your house as it’s our own. I’m happy to do work on your property and possibly negotiate it rain to terms from time to time instead of actually paying me but we can speak about that if it ever came to it I apologise if I don’t answer straight away I’m not often on my phone but I will get back to you as soon as possible.
