**About myself**

Hi! I’m a friendly and respectful 31 years old girl from South Korea, currently in Perth on a Working Holiday visa.

I have 2+ years experience living in shared houses in Australia and understand the importance of keeping common areas clean and communicating well with housemates.

I pay rent on time and am financially responsible.
I’m clean, tidy, and considerate of others’ space. I don’t smoke but don't mind smokers either.

I can provide references if needed.

I've been working in retails, agriculture and hospitality in Australia.

In my free time, I like to do yoga, watch films and read. I enjoy a drink or two from time to time while socialising, but I'm not a party animal.

**What I'm looking for**

I'm pretty flexible with everything as long as it's clean.

I prefer a place not too difficult to access by public transport and walking distance to a supermarket as I don't have a car yet. (This may change as I'm looking to buy one.)

Stay length: 2 months or more depending on the situation. I'd probably want to stay longer, but just in case situations changes, I don't want to 100% confirm that I'll stay very long-term.
