**About myself**

Hi! I’m a friendly and respectful 31 years old girl from South Korea, currently in Perth on a Working Holiday visa.

I have 2+ years experience living in shared houses in Australia and understand the importance of keeping common areas clean and communicating well with housemates.

I always pay rent on time and am financially responsible.
I’m clean, tidy, and considerate of others’ space. I don’t smoke but don't mind smokers either.

I can provide references if needed.

Currently I'm working full-time in production in Wangara.

In my free time, I like to do yoga, watch films and read. I enjoy a drink or two from time to time while socialising, but I'm not a party animal.

**What I'm looking for**

I'm pretty flexible with everything else as long as it's clean.
Stay length is flexible. Move in date is also a bit flexible.
Need a parking spot(street parking is okay).
