**About myself**

Hi! I’m a friendly and respectful 31 years old woman from South Korea on a Working Holiday visa.

I have 2+ years experience living in shared houses in Australia and understand the importance of keeping common areas clean and communicating well with housemates.
I always pay rent on time and am financially responsible.
I’m clean, tidy, and considerate of others’ space. I don’t smoke but don't mind smokers either.

I work in production in Hadfield during the day.

In my free time, I like to stay in my room and do yoga, watch films or read. I also like to go out with friends. I enjoy socialising and some chat with my housemates, but I also like to keep to myself and am not a party animal.

Clean place only.
Female housemates (at least 1)
Max 4 flatmates.
Need a parking spot(street parking is okay).
I'd like a desk or some space to fit one in my room.
