Looking for a new place to set up base with my very good & friendly doggo (7yo staffy cross), after my current houseshare just dissolved. Returned to study after a period of bad health that makes me prioritise it now, more than ever. About to start my Masters (Writing & Literature) soon, which will have me bunkered down in study-mode for the next two years or so as I work on my cyberpunk fiction. Not a party person, I'm in my cozy era these days - mostly just eat train study sleep repeat. Happy to share meals on occasion or watch a good (or bad!) show or movie in the evenings. Otherwise mostly just listen to podcasts, hang out with my dog, read when I can. Very tidy, clean and respectful of others; have a Roomba and Dyson for dog hair.and dust. California sober/420 friendly. Keen to find something ASAP and begin the next chapter of my life. Can move in anytime, ideally before March 11.
