I'm a full time creative who works from home 1 day a week, and am looking for a flattie to share a nice home with. I'm currently in Surry Hills, but would like to try somewhere new.

I've been sharing for years, so I'm conscious of being tidy, respectful and paying everything ahead of time. Lately I've been enjoying bike rides around the city to find the best sando and reading a lot.

It would be wonderful to find a like-minded, similarly aged housemate, who is tidy and has been house sharing long enough to know how it works. I'm also not interested in having a party household, and hoping more for a calm haven post-work.

I'll be bringing my little buddy (the pale guy in the pic) with me, so a love for cats is a must! He's a very calm and sweet 6yo.

It's worth noting that I also don't need a car spot (can't seem to specify that on the listing) so that's yours, if needed.
