Hi, to share a little bit about myself. I am a graduate student at the University of Sydney, studying in the Doctor of Dental Medicine program. I am very outdoorsy and fitness-focused, which also means I am not a drinker/smoker/party person. Due to my busy school schedule, I would not be very active at the apartment, just looking for a place to end each day. Currently renting an older studio in Paddington short term, I am paying 420 per week over there for just myself and am moving out to look for something nicer and long term. I will attach my agreement as proof. I would be moving into this place with a friend and splitting the cost evenly which is expected to be around the same amount that I pay right now which I am comfortable paying with the support of my parents. I am attaching their information in my financials as they are funding my expenses here in Australia including my 95kAUD annual tuition. Given the high tuition cost that they are covering. I hope it is telling that I am able to keep up with rent.
