I'm a 25-year-old software engineer working full time in the CBD, simply looking to move somewhere that's a little closer to work. Budget is $400 inclusive of bills for a private room, might be able to stretch a little for the right place. I am 192cm tall so if the room is furnished, I've got to be a little bit picky and say the bed has to be at least that long lol.
