Hi, I’m Ignatia. I’m currently based in Auckland, New Zealand and will be relocating to Melbourne soon for work. I work in the tech/software industry and will be starting a new role with a software company when I arrive.

I’m looking for a private place to stay for around 9 -12 months while I settle into Melbourne, ideally a self-contained flat, studio, or granny flat where I can have my own space.

I’m a respectful, tidy and reliable tenant who tends to keep to myself. I’m easygoing, take good care of the places I live in, and value a quiet and comfortable home environment.

I’m able to cover bond and rent without any issues and am happy to provide references if needed. As I’m currently overseas, I may need to arrange a virtual inspection or have someone view the property on my behalf.
