Mukesh Basnet

I am a PhD student at LUT University, Finland. I am coming to the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) for a research exchange of about 12 weeks, from 26 September to 16 December 2026. I am researching sustainable transportation. My wife is a student at Keuda College in Finland.
For the first 2 weeks, I will probably be staying alone, and after that, we are looking for a place where we can both stay together.

We are looking for a fully furnished studio or apartment with at least a private bathroom/toilet and facilities, including a kitchen, workspace, washing machine, dryer, and air conditioner. My budget is around 600 - 650aud/month bill included.

We are both tidy, kind, respectful, and friendly people who enjoy exploring new places and meeting new people. We keep shared spaces clean, are mindful of noise, and value open communication. We also enjoy having friendly chats but respect everyone’s personal space.
