Jay, Lou and Sam

Jayden:
I'm currently attending the Queensland Collage of Arts, majoring in Interior and Product Design.
Working casual in the resturant gig as a bartender.
My hobbys are basketball, talking with coworkers who are specifically trying to do their work, quoting tv shows, spending time with my girlfriend, music and bevs.

Lou:
Lou works full time in the city as a Paralegal. She enjoys spending her free time doing art (which she is very skilled at), and reading whichever book she is currently burning her way through at any given time. Lou is super laid back around the house and easy to get along with.

Sam:
Sam is a very engergetic personallity around the house and does well to put that energy into his music. Sam is apart of a few bands here and there, but will be out the house at times to go on tours. I've recently caught him and Lou currently watching through Starwars' Andor.

Overall we enjoy and are looking for the same comforts as most - a clean home, pleasent company, and more people in our house to cheapen the rent! Between all of us we have a good amount of furniture, just currently on the market looking for a place and seeing here if anybody else would like to come along for it.

Between same Sam, Lou and myself, we would be splitting up the weekly rent with whichever accommodation we receive, but also are not limited to our budget being only 950/wk but would be around that mark, give or take. We are all greatly involved around the city and valley area too, and so will be looking to a place to set up shop roughly within a 30- 40 mintue travel radius of that central areas.
