Reliable with rent and bills, tidy and clean in common areas, and reasonably tidy in my own space; Overall easy to live with😄
I work healthcare/hospitality shifts and study at night, so my hours can be a bit varied, but I’m mindful of noise and keep anything loud to my room at reasonable hours. I enjoy my quiet and privacy most days, but I’m always up for a hangout with the flat now and then. Easygoing and happy to chat directly if anything ever needs sorting.
