I'm a 20 y/o USYD student from South Korea.
Because I'm really sensitive to noise and study at home a lot, I'm looking for genuinely quiet flatmate(s) who keep to themselves and are looking for the same kind of flatmate. To me, home is only for studying and sleeping/relaxing--I take care of everything else (e.g., socializing) outside. Therefore, genuinely quiet (not just self-described) flatmate(s) are an absolute must for me.
Please don't message me if you throw parties, bring guests over, make loud noises for any reason, have a pet, or smoke.
Otherwise please do message me and you will get a really quiet flatmate who is respectful and considerate of others in the house, never makes a mess (I don't use the kitchen, so I'm really never in the common area to begin with, provided my room is ensuite), is reliable with rent (and bill) payments, and is appreciative of your commitment to maintaining a quiet and respectful environment:)
