My boyfriend Lukas (29) and I (28) are looking for a nice sharehouse to move into. We’re originally from Germany, have been together for 5 years, and both work full-time—Lukas is an electrician and I work for an insurance company. 💼

Here are the quick facts:

📌 Move-in date: Around the weekend of August 15th & 16th.
📌 Location: Closer to the CBD and surrounding suburbs. 📍
📌 Lease: Ideally a 3-month lease with the option to extend (but we’re super flexible!).

A bit about us as flatmates: We’re both very easy-going, social people who love a home with a warm, welcoming vibe. 😊 Since we’ve lived in sharehouses before, we definitely know the drill when it comes to keeping the place clean and respecting everyone's space. 🧹 We’re definitely not party people, but we always appreciate a good chat or a casual drink together after work. 🥂

We can easily provide great references and proof of income if needed.
