hey everyone!

i’m a 19 year old uni student looking for somewhere to rent from mid-late july for about 6 months until the end of the year! i’m currently studying a bachelor of commerce and arts at uq, and working part time in paddington. and i’m looking somewhere to move now that i’m leaving my current place in st lucia. because of this, i’m looking to rent in areas around paddington, toowong, auchenflower, milton etc. or west end, camp hill, coorparoo on the southside (anything close to public transport is amazing)

my budget is $270ish a week, and i’m looking for somewhere clean and social, living with girls around my age (18-23)! i’m very clean and organised, and would love to live somewhere social where we can chat/ hang out. i do also love movies and self-care, and i appreciate everyone in the space having alone time.

i love going on sunset walks, out to eat and grabbing the occasional drink. given that i work three days a week and have uni full time twice a week, i usually like to go out or have a friend over during my days off, so ideally i’d love to live somewhere that’s a bit more relaxed and social!

i do have my own car, so somewhere with street or secure parking is mandatory! i also have lots of kitchen equipment including a ninja creami and coffee machine to contribute 🤍 i would prefer somewhere with a built in wardrobe if possible.
