I'm a full time employed (Local government) 33 year old woman seeking a long term and stable house/flat share. I've held my own lease for the past 7-8 years however my building is getting sold and my room mate is moving in with family so I'll be looking to start a new chapter!

I make more than enough to cover approx 1520.83 per calendar month maximum (about 350 per week) and am looking to move in by early september at the latest.

I'm looking to rent anywhere in the Darebin/Merri-bek council areas so I can remain close to work, but may consider some other nearby suburbs.

LGBTQIA friendly is a must, neurodiverse friendly is a plus, bonus points if you're also queer! Preferably looking for roommates in their 20's or 30's.

I'm looking for the type of flat share where we can contribute to shared spaces and do regular chores in an orderly manner (rosters?) but also be relaxed around each other and enjoy shared spaces in each others presence (I'm prosocial and i don't mind watching the odd movie or sharing a dinner from time to time).

Looking for preferably a medium - large bedroom (with air conditioning preferably or split system in the house) where I can spend the majority of my downtime at home. Must be big enough to fit a double bed + desk and some other bits of furniture. Wardrobes/ensuite are huge bonus's but not necessarily required.

I'm not a night owl and am usually in bed by 10 most nights, but i don't mind if others are so long as i can get a good nights sleep!

I'm clean and house trained and not a fan of living in unclean environments but I also don't mind a cluttered household at all so long as it is hygienic.

Usually I'm a pretty busy person who spends a lot of her spare time going on walks, going to events, eating out and hanging out with my friends. When I'm at home I spend most of my time gaming and hanging out with my friends online, or decompressing and practicing self care routines to recharge my batteries.

I'm socially outgoing but i do require my down and alone time.

I'm a great cook, but I also order in a lot due to how busy my lifestyle is.
