Savita Gunawardana

Hi! I’m Savita, in my early 20s, Sri Lankan and an Australian permanent resident. I’m currently in my final year of Law at Swinburne University and will also be working in a full-time legal role later this year.

I’ve lived in university accommodation for the past four years, so I’m very used to sharing spaces with different people and being considerate of others. I’m clean, tidy and organised, and I take household responsibilities and cleaning seriously. I’m also financially supported by my parents, so I have reliable support for rent and living expenses. I prefer residing with only women.

Personality-wise, I’m friendly, warm and easy-going. I enjoy chatting and getting along with the people I live with, but I also really value privacy, quiet time, and respecting each other’s space.

I’m also a big animal lover, and I’m very flexible about living with pets. I’m happy around cats, dogs and pretty much any well-cared-for household pet, and I’d always be respectful of their routines, boundaries and care needs.

I’d love to find somewhere that feels like a comfortable, friendly home rather than just a room to rent. I am searching for an ensuite bedroom that comes with its own bathroom.
