Hi there! I’m looking for two people to start a new share house with, or an existing place that needs some of the furniture/supplies I've listed at the bottom :)

A bit about me: I finished my studies in psychology earlier this year and have since taken some time off to travel and enjoy a bit more freedom before starting full time work. I’m now moving into a full time role and figured it would be a good time to move from house sitting back into renting.

Some things I like doing include just generally spending time with friends, getting out and about, some outdoorsy stuff like hiking and camping, and occasionally dabble in some crafts. I also love to travel but will be taking a break from that for a little bit while my bank account recovers from recent trips 😅

I love a chat but also some solo recharge time so, like most people, I am looking for someone who wants to be social but also respects privacy. Could also be nice if we did something social together as housemates every now and then (board game nights, grabbing dinner etc) but of course not mandatory!

About you:
- mid 20s to early 30s
- share house experience
- strictly non-smoker
- consistent employment
- open to any gender/sexuality
- hopefully open to buying/contributing a fridge and/or washing machine to the house :)

About the house I’m looking for:
- 3-4 bedrooms (hopefully nice and spacious)
- decent condition
- dishwasher (not totally essential but definitely preferred)
- aircon
- easy car parking (doesn’t have to be off street)

Budget: $200 - $300 per week

Can move in anytime from December onwards (am currently house sitting back to back so have alot of flexibility)
