Hi, I’m Jacob. I’m a 29 year old cybersecurity student. I grew up in South Gippsland but have been living in share houses in Melbourne for some years now.

I am at TAFE 3 days a week. I tend to spend my time doing woodworking and other art, playing video games, tabletop RPGs, reading/writing, and occasionally making music. I can be up early or late depending on the day but tend to be pretty quiet. Having lived in share houses for a while, I know the etiquette and expectations of communal living and like to keep the house comfortable for everyone. I tend to prefer diplomacy to confrontation and am generally agreeable. I am clean and tidy and always pay rent and bills on time. I like time to myself to recharge and work on my hobbies, but also enjoy a casual chat and occasional shared meal (ask me about my nachos recipe).

My budget is $230/pw including bills and I am available to move immediately or anytime before 15th October. I would prefer an unfurnished room. I am flexible regarding location but would like to be within an hour via public transport to Box Hill Station, preferably via train/walking. I’m hoping to find somewhere to stay for at least a year.
