Kia ora! I am a secondary school teacher from New Zealand relocating to Melbourne in February 2027. I am looking for a friendly, quiet and tidy house to come home to after a day in the classroom. A bit more about me:

- I am very tidy and I am looking for house mates who are too.
- Friendly and chatty once you get to know me but I am also respectful of other people’s space and very quiet ‘after hours’.
- Love a chat after work or over dinner time, but also value my downtime later in the evenings.
- Not a party person and would prefer a no-party house. But I will never say no to a drink or two on the weekends. I am respectful of the space and will not have people over for long or noisy hangouts.
- I like keeping fit and being outdoors in my spare time. I’m a regular gym goer, hockey player and love walking. Video games, reading or hanging out with friends keep me busy at other times.
- Very approachable and easy going. Not a fan of drama or conflict and I will always try to find solutions if they arise.
- I have 10+ years experience in sharehouses and have managed leases.
