Hey! I’m Evie :)

I’m a full-time nursing student and work as a barista/waitress alongside my studies. I love the hospo industry, good coffee, cooking (and leaving the kitchen clean afterwards, promise 😌).

I’m a pretty creative person, into art, music, travel, fitness and all things food. I love getting out and doing things, finding cool little places, having a good laugh and meeting new people, but I’m equally happy having a quiet night in, cooking something delicious or doing my own thing.

I’m independent, tidy, considerate and pretty easygoing. I love a social household where everyone’s comfortable having a chat, sharing a meal or occasionally doing something together, but I also really value personal space and downtime. Ideally, I’d love to find somewhere that feels like a comfortable, welcoming home where everyone can enjoy their own space but also feel at ease around one another.

I’m hoping to find a place with some lovely, like-minded people who are friendly, respectful and enjoy a bit of personality in their home. I’m always keen to make new friends and broaden my circles, but equally happy living independently alongside others. Whether that means sharing the occasional meal, having a chat over coffee or just enjoying a peaceful home together, I’m pretty adaptable! A predominantly female household would be my preference, but ultimately it’s the people and atmosphere that matter most to me.

A little about what I’m looking for:

* Budget is around $300/week, ideally including bills, but I’m open to discussing options.
* Eastern suburbs preferred as I currently live and work in the area, although I’d happily venture further for the right place and people.
* Ideally a predominantly female household, and preferably not too many people sharing one bathroom.
* Ready to move ASAP!

I’m also very open to teaming up with a few like-minded people to find a place together if you’re in a similar boat!
