Hi! I’m Bailey, a 29-year-old from Korea, arriving in Melbourne on 4 November on a Working Holiday Visa 😊
I worked as a cosmetic packaging designer in Korea, and in Melbourne I’m planning to work as a barista while improving my English and experiencing life in a new environment.
I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going. I like keeping shared spaces organised and comfortable, and I’m friendly and happy to chat with housemates, but I also really respect everyone’s privacy and personal space. I’m a non-smoker and I don’t usually party at home.
My English is still a work in progress, so I’d love to live with people who are patient and comfortable with someone who is still learning English. I actually want to use English more and get to know people from different backgrounds 😊
I’m looking for:
• Up to around $300 per week
• Preferably a private room
• CBD or suburbs with easy public transport access to the CBD
• Female-only household preferred, but I’m open to a mixed household with respectful housemates
• Ideally available from early/mid November
• I’m flexible with the length of stay, but ideally around 3 months or longer if we’re a good match
I’ll be in Melbourne for around a year, so I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels comfortable and welcoming rather than just somewhere to sleep.
If you think I might be a good fit for your home, feel free to message me! I’d be happy to have a chat or arrange an inspection after I arrive 😊
