Hi\! I’m Hossein, 27, a clean, easygoing and fairly introverted person looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to find a house with\.

I’m studying Community Services at TAFE and working part\-time\. I enjoy working out, watching Netflix and improving my English\. I’m a little quiet at first, but I enjoy socialising once I get comfortable\.

I prefer a quiet, clean and pet\-free home, especially between 10 pm and 6 am\. I cook my own meals, buy my own groceries and need off\-street parking\.

I’m looking for a long\-term place (at least a year) south of Brisbane CBD, within 45 minutes of South Bank by public transport\. I’m flexible with moving dates from January to mid\-February 2027\.
