Hello potential housies!

Quinn here, (she/her) I’m 34 and looking for a room in the Brisbane area. I work in West End and Milton, so somewhere in this area would be ideal. (Woolloongabba, East Bris, KP, West End, Highgate Hill, Milton Paddington)

At the moment my budget is $350/w excluding bills, but I may be able to stretch for the right place. I don’t require much, just a comfy room to rest, a place to freshen up, and a kitchen to whip up some meals. Bonus points for LGBTQI+ friendly spaces!

I'm a pretty laid back person who appreciates the quieter life these days. Think chill evenings with a glass of wine or cup of tea or a casual meal at the local pub exchanging stories of the day. I'm into live music or performance of most variety. Craft beer enthusiast and movie buff.

I try my best to be as active as possible, this means early nights and rises for hikes or river walks, or heading to the gym.
I work more than full time across two jobs, so I’m generally out for the majority of the day or evening depending on job, but have a passion for cooking so I would like somewhere where I can make use of the kitchen regularly. You’re more than welcome to try my culinary creations!
In my rare downtime, you'll find me at local gigs/shows, exploring new breweries, or curled up in a quiet spot with a book and coffee.

I definitely value my alone time when required to recharge after a long day, and will absolutely respect yours when you need the same.
Clean communal spaces are important to me, and I appreciate good communication around keeping things nice for everyone, I vibe best with the self aware kind, especially when it comes to harmonious share house living. My bottom line on cohabitation is respect for each other and making a house a home.

I am open to team ups in new leases, however I don’t have much of the bulky communal furniture, only full kitchen stock.
