Hi,
I'm easy-going, open-minded and friendly. Respectful of people's background, beliefs, lifestyle and identity. I’m tidy and clean up after myself. I’ve lived in share houses for 20 years! So I have a little experience :)
I think I go with the flow in a house - my current one is with 3 women aged 25-35, we’re all busy with work so we just chat when we’re in the kitchen/dining together. But I’d be more than happy with a more social house too.
I work full time as an AudioVisual technician all over Sydney, shifts change but my generally out of the house 8am-5pm weekdays. And about every 2nd/3rd weekend I head up to the mountains to help my parents with stuff.
Ideally - would like either off-street parking or a quiet street with easy street parking.
I drive a fair bit for work, so would love a place where I can stroll or ride my bicycle to shops/cafes rather than get back in the car.
Budget is $350 per week. Looking for a large room - my current one is 4m x 5m, so could stretch the budget to $400 for something similar size - preferably UNfurnished, alternativiely if there is a space to store stuff, as right now it looks like I may have to pay for a storage locker for my music gear I barely use :)

I like the usual - music, film, cooking, yoga, gym, bike riding, reading, podcasts/YT etc. One day I’ll get back to producing music/weird noises with my synths/drum machines, but I rarely find the time lately.
When not at home/work/exercising, I like going out to gigs/clubs, drinks with friends, the beach and just discovering Sydney and surrounds in general.
