I have a small red toy poodle who is 4yrs old (Rasta) He’s an indoor pet. Not allowed outside without being on a lead. Very well behaved, trained and not a yapper
Also, I have 2 vehicles (for now anyways) a Vito and a Viano 8 Seater Vans. Preference is to park them off-street. Doesn’t have to be garaged or undercover, although that would be a bonus.
I use one for mountain bike shuttles and one for deliveries of stock and service calls. Will soon sell one though. Hopefully before having to move
I’ve been in the one location now for 5 years. Been mowing the lawns and doing basic maintenance for the owner in exchange for some rent off-set
I wasn’t initially thinking of moving just yet, however my landlord has relocated back to Brisbane and wants the entire property at his disposal
An ideal scenario would be a back yard granny flat or a semi self contained area under a 2 story house

Would like something with enough space for a desk in my bedroom for my laptop and screen. Also need some space for my mountain and road bikes.
My weekly budget was around $350 for a self contained granny flat etc. Have not seen much remaining in that price range, so would be prepared to go up to $400 for something extra private, extra roomy with off street parking etc.
For a small 2 or 3 bed house or dwelling with some off street space for parking 2 vehicles and a small yard for my little poodle to play in, I could consider going up to $500 per week
I’m meticulous about paying rent and bills on time. Have had experienced living in share accommodation between 2017 - 2019 after spending 10 years overseas. Prior to that for many years I lived in Milton, Toowong, Taringa and St Lucia.
Very quiet, neat and tidy, respectful, don’t make a mess and keep shared areas clean, non-smoker, non-drinker, don’t take drugs, don’t play loud music or TV, fitness orientated. Keen mountain biker.
Not a party person, just value peace and quiet and freedom to get out on either my mountain bike or road bike.
I do a bit of graphic and web design from home during weekdays as well as some part time study. My main employment is supply of events and audio visual consumables to the Bris and Gold Coast Convention Centres by way of several vending machines for a Melb based company. It involves mostly admin from home with one site deliveries.
I am also an accredited Mountain Bike Coach. I coach riders at the skills park in Ashgrove and at various trails between Brisbane and Gold Coast and Toowoomba.
On weekends I’m busy with my hobby business which is shuttling mountain bikers at Ironbark Trails Samford and and sometimes up in Tewantin or I’m out for recreation rides.
When indoors I like to browse Facebook or YouTube, mostly use headphones in my room. I’m very conscientious of not invading other people’s space as I like my own.
I don’t like noisy environments so therefore I myself am very quiet. I was a full time DJ before I relocated overseas, so I’ve had my share of loud music lol.
I’m not much of a cook, I've mastered a microwave thankfully. I have a pretty quick witted sense of humour when I engage in conversation.
When I stay with someone I treat being a guest in their place or sharing a place with utmost respect, cleanliness and friendliness is the best environment.
I do need a parking space for my vehicles. I have two 8 seater vans. Prefer Off Street, so long as I have relatively easy access to them.
Happy to chip in and help out with additional chores like mow the lawn etc and do more than my fair share if that could assist with rent offset etc.
