Hi! I’m Ali, 30, and I work full-time as a town planner, splitting my week between the office and working from home a couple of days.

I’m fairly independent and introverted, and home is definitely my place to recharge after work. I’d describe myself as reserved, considerate and a bit of a night owl. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, listening to music and planning my next trip away.

I’m looking for a calm, respectful household with other working professionals who value having a comfortable home environment. I’m not after a party house or a built-in social circle, but I do enjoy a friendly chat.

A few things that are important to me:
• Shared spaces are kept reasonably clean and everyone pulls their weight around the house.
• People are considerate of noise levels and each other’s routines.
• Guests are welcome in moderation, I want to make sure there’s mutual respect for everyone’s comfort and privacy.
• Rent and bills are paid on time.
• Home is somewhere to unwind and recharge.

Ideally, I’m looking for a women-only household with one or two other housemates. I’d love to have my own bathroom and off-street parking, and I have a few pieces of furniture and some pot plants I’d like to bring with me. I’m open on lease length and furnishing arrangements for the right fit.
