Hi everyone,

I'm Vipul, 29, looking for a room in a share house near the city. I work full time as a project manager and I'm a certified PT on the side, so if anyone in the house wants a hand with training, that's on the house.

A few honest things up front. I work from home most days, so I'm around during the day, usually in my room on calls. I'm quiet, I don't throw parties, and I'm happy to be social over a coffee or dinner without needing the house to be a hangout.

What I'm after:

• Budget up to $400 per week including Bills

• Unfurnished room, or at least one where I can bring my own stuff. I have a double bed, a 2 metre desk, monitor and chair, so I need real floor space rather than a furnished setup

• Long term, moving in the next few weeks but flexible

• Anywhere within about a 10 minute walk of a train, Metro or light rail station, and roughly 20 minutes door to door to the CBD. Inner West, inner south and eastern suburbs all work

I'm tidy, I clean up after myself, and I'm easy to reach. Happy to inspect any evening this week or on the weekend.
