I work long days so you might not see much of me! I'm in private equity, after a long career in health. Best described as a recovering teenage goth on the outside and a Disney Princess on the inside. Budget flexible for the right place.

I come with one snuggly short-haired indoor cat who is great with new people, other cats, dogs, and kids.

I will film your TikToks if you ask and offer you wine if I've opened a bottle, not territorial about my milk and condiments. Strongly prefer tidy household with no regular indoor smoking (vaping is fine, outside is fine) but otherwise I'm not going to be up in your proverbial grill about things. I cook at home shamefully little at the moment due to my hours, but hey, no mess. I don't know enough people to throw a house party if I wanted to, and outside of milestone birthdays would only be likely to have guests one at a time, but I don't mind if you're throwing the odd Friday/Saturday night shindig as long as it's not still going on Tuesday, your friends aren't creeps, and you're cleaning up afterwards.

I'm currently on a month to month lease and willing to overlap and waste some money to get back to Carlton/Collingwood/Preston/Northcote/etc where my friends and family are. Location flexible-ish as long as I'm close to a station on the South Morang or Hurstbridge line.

I'm coming from living with a partner and have a house full of furniture I can bring or leave as needed, could very comfortably furnish a place from scratch.

My must-haves: Good sized BIR, parking (on-street is fine), close to a train station, dishwasher.

Huge bonus: Bedrooms spaced apart (ie not a shared wall between bedrooms so we've got some privacy). Good shower/hot water supply. WFH/PT housemates or other friendly cats so my cat isn't lonely during the day. Dryer.
