32 year old full-time professional in government/finance looking for a new apartment after owners sold the last one I was in.
I work normal hours split between home and the CBD. A place with desk space would be ideal.

I am a very relaxed and easy going person who could happily fit into a fun/social environment or a quite/reserved one just fine.

At home I'm pretty quiet, don't watch much TV and tend to prefer my own space but that doesn't mean that I don't enjoy conversation and company.

Will be bringing a car so I would prefer a place that come with parking and would also like a longer term arrangement.
