I'm Pavel, a friendly and easygoing individual who moved to Brisbane six months ago from Melbourne. I'm currently on the lookout for a welcoming and comfortable place to call home in this beautiful city.

- Professionally, I hold a Master's degree in IT and work as a dedicated Data Engineer. I am passionate about my field and always striving to learn and grow in my career.

- As a full-time worker, I maintain regular office hours but also have the flexibility to work from home for a maximum of two days per week. I am respectful of others' routines and ensure a quiet and productive environment during my work-from-home days.

- When I'm not immersed in data and code, you'll find me chasing waves at the coast. Surfing is my ultimate passion, and I make it a point to hit the beach every weekend. Additionally, I enjoy running and engaging in various workouts to keep myself active and fit.

- I have prior experience living in shared houses and have always gotten along well with my flatmates. I value open communication, shared responsibilities, and creating a harmonious living environment.
