Flynn

Hi there! I’m Flynn, from Perth but been living in Sydney for about a year. My current landlord is selling the house, so I’m looking for a new place.

About me:
* Currently working full-time
* Planning to study full-time next year
* I don’t smoke/vape nor do any drugs or alcohol
* Languages: English, Spanish, French
* Interests: travel, linguistics, health and fitness

My priorities for a house are that it is quiet and clean — possibly with a cleaning roster in place. Looking to live with people who value cleaning up after oneself. Not looking for a party house. Also, ideally I would be able to have my girlfriend over occasionally.

Looking for fully furnished and preferably close to USyd, and preferring to stay at least one year.
