Terence

Hi there, I'm Terence/Terry. I work as a Spanish interpreter and translator, so I'm always keen to learn something new about languages and cultures. I am musical and play the odd cover gig with my guitar. I'm a casual gamer and I'm pretty open-minded about movies and series, even if I'm not up-to-date. I cook, I clean up after myself, I'm friendly and pretty sociable; but I also appreciate some peace and quiet at home. No pets of my own but I am pet-friendly.

My work is mostly on-site, but I do work at home from time to time, so I'm looking for housemates who will be respectful of that. My ideal situation is one where we are friendly but respect each other's space and social life, share the housework load, but can also have a beer together and hang out. If we can eventually call each other friend, that'd be gravy.

As for the kind of place I'm looking for: I'm not too fussed about it being super modern, but I'd like it to be clean and relatively undamaged. Ideally, fixtures and appliances etc. will work as they're supposed to. You know, the finer things in life.
