Looking for a new home from July/August 2026 (short-term preferred, ideally without joining a long-term lease).

I work full-time in a corporate role, splitting my week between working from home and the office. As I work Saturdays, Sundays are my opportunity to properly recharge, so I'm hoping to find a home that's relaxed rather than a party house.

During the week, I'm fairly quiet and routined, going to the gym and unwinding after work. A tidy, respectful living environment, reliable car parking, and a space where I can comfortably work from home are all important to me.

Outside of work, I enjoy catching up with friends, trying new restaurants and bars, op-shopping, getting outdoors, and settling in for a good movie. I've lived in share houses for many years and know how to be a considerate housemate. I'm clean, respectful of shared spaces, and communicate openly when needed.

I'm friendly and easy to get along with, while also valuing my independence. I'm looking for a household where everyone has their own routines, respects each other's personal space, and enjoys a clean, comfortable home.
