Hi, I am 27 and I work full time in government as well as maintaining an art practice (painting). I am looking for stable, long term housing with housemates who are comfortable living with someone making art in their house. I am quiet and clean in the house, but as my life is split between these two things I am often very busy. I would like to develop a good relationship with my housemates with the long term living situation in mind, and be able to communicate and work through issues.
