I'm seeking a calm, comfortable environment to call home for a while. I'm friendly, clean/tidy, value open communication and respect for boundaries.
I have a lot of passions, including art, music, community, nature and animals. In my down-time you might find me working on something creative, practicing yoga or chilling in the backyard (if there is one).
I am introverted by nature and need my own space to recharge. At the same time, I'm keen to live with like-minded people who I can build connections with (happy to have chats, have movie nights, etc).

As a housemate, I ask for respect, kindness, and equally/equitably shared responsibilities; and will give the same in return. I have experience renting and sharing accomodation, dividing chores and responsibilities, paying bills on time, etc. I am pretty clean/tidy and value living in a space that is maintained well.
I have a stable income via welfare support and am great at budgeting. I am only an occasional smoker and happy to leave the property to do so if it bothers anyone.
