🇮🇪 Hey! I’m Cal, an easy going Irish import looking for a long term home in Melbourne’s eastern or southern suburbs: Richmond, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Prahran, South Yarra etc. Preferably something on a lease (takeover/transfer).

💼 I manage a venue in Richmond, which basically means I’m calm under pressure, financially responsible and incapable of ignoring a messy bar… or kitchen. I work Wednesday to Sunday (mix of opens and closes) so I’m out and about when most people aren’t and I really value my downtime in a calm and comfortable space to come home to.

🍷 Housemate wise I’m the sweet spot: social but not in your face, independent but always up for a moment that turns into movie night, cards, a beach mission or a spontaneous adventure/outing. I love good house energy. The kind where everyone feels relaxed, respected and free to be themselves.

🏡 I’m clean without being clinical, organised without being intense, and very pro shared laughs in the kitchen. Bills paid on time. Spaces respected. No mystery dishes soaking for days.

📑 I’ve just had my sponsorship approved for another three years, so I’m looking for somewhere stable where we’re building a home, not just filling rooms. Ideally the kind of share house that evolves into real friendship over time.

🐶 Big dog person (missing mine back in Ireland), if there are pets in the house then they’ll have an extra best friend.
