I am a young professional, working full-time hours, seeking private long term accommodation!

Ideally around the southside but open to other areas!

I will be out of the house, the longest part of the day, working long hours in construction and going the gym regularly at night. I've been living in sharehouses for the past twelf years, means I am considerate of other people's privacy, but also enjoy to socialise occasionally. I am a quiet and respectful housemate, easy to get along with. I am happy to contribute my part to your household, rest assured I am a clean and tidy person. I don't mind living with someone who has pets. Love all the cats and dogs. I'm a non smoker, don't do drugs and barely ever drink.

Looking for a granny flat, studio or one bedroom apartment with aircon and its own bathroom. Pool would be a huge bonus.

Furnished ideally, but non furnished ain't a deal breaker for me.

Can afford up to 500 a week incl. bills
