Hi! I'm Nicolás (36), originally from Uruguay.
I'm currently living in Double Bay and working full-time at a landscape architecture studio in Botany. I'm looking for a long-term place closer to work, ideally with easygoing and respectful housemates.
A bit about me: I'm clean, quiet, and sociable. I enjoy surfing, music, and the arts. On weekends, I usually spend time in Manly with my partner (she’s Swiss-Aussie). I’ve been in my current place for over a year and value a calm, tidy home environment.
