Hey! I’m a 37yo guy working full-time in the Sydney CBD and looking for a new place to call home.

I’m easygoing, clean, respectful and independent. Outside of work I’m finishing my MBA, enjoy the gym, hiking and photography, exploring Sydney, good food, concerts/comedy, reading and catching up with friends.

At home I’m pretty relaxed — happy to have a chat or share a drink or meal, while also appreciating my own space and respecting others’ privacy.

I have a cat (Kumara), so I’m looking for somewhere pet-friendly. Location-wise I’m flexible, ideally within about a 40-minute public transport commute of the CBD.

Open to a studio/granny flat, joining an existing share house, or teaming up with someone to find a great 2+ bedroom place together.

Looking to move anytime between now and the end of September.
