Hi! I’m Andy, 28 and work full-time in the city. I’m sociable and easy to get along with, always happy to chat, but I also respect people’s space and downtime.

I’m pretty low-key during the week and prefer a calm, tidy home rather than a party house. I keep shared areas clean and like living with people who appreciate a relaxed, respectful environment.

Outside of work I’m big on cooking, staying active, and getting out on the water when I can. Overall I’m reliable, considerate, and easy to live with.
