Hello!

I’m Nevada! I’m originally from Cairns, Qld and am about to enter my final year at the Uni of Melbourne! My two friends and I are looking for a reliable property to support our studies and continue to make a home in Melbourne.

We all moved to Melbourne for University and have since become close friends. Over the last two years, we’ve experienced living in student accommodation, with people we had not met previously, or living at rental properties with people we did not know too well, and thus really hope this year we can finally live with people we are close to and feel comfortable with. We are quiet and responsible students, Riana studying psychology, Jiayi marketing and myself economics, about to enter our final year of study, with strong possibilities of staying in Melbourne for further study. We are looking for a quiet and reliable rental with three bedrooms, a car space and hopefully a little outdoor area for coffee in the morning. For students, we are great tenants. We’ve now had two years experience renting and have always been independently timely with rent. We encourage you to call our references, as we are all hard working individuals both in class, at work and at home. We collectively indulge in quiet hobbies such as reading and writing. We all find the most enjoyment in our downtime, which would be held respectfully in the property.

In summary, the purpose of our application is to find a sweet place to live with close friends.
