Sabrina and Nicolas

Hi! I hope you're well! I’m Sabrina (32, Peru), along with my boyfriend Nicolás (30, Argentina), we’re looking for a private room for 6-12 months in Sydney, starting in mid-January 2026.

I (Sabrina) will be studying in the CBD and looking for a part-time job, and Nico for a full-time job. We're super responsible, tidy, and clean. We are looking for a place, preferably with easy access to public transportation, close to a beach or park, as we love nature, and also with parking for a car.

We enjoy cooking traditional Latin American dishes and eating healthy. We love dogs, don't mind living with some again.
