Hey! I’m JP, 27, originally from Brazil and currently living in Brisbane. I work in hospitality in South Bank and also do some cleaning work around the Northside, while studying here as well.

I’m easygoing, clean and respectful and I really like having a good relationship with the people I live with. I enjoy a social household where we can have a chat, share a drink or occasionally do something together, but I also really value having my own space and downtime in my room.

I’ve been living in a shared home in Brisbane for quite a while, so I’m used to being considerate with common areas, cleaning, noise and everyone’s different schedules. My own routine can vary because of work, including evenings and weekends, so I’m pretty independent as well.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, music, playing piano, seeing friends and exploring Brissy.

I’m mainly looking for a comfortable share house that actually feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Ideally I’d like to stay long term if it’s a good fit.

My ideal budget is around $300-330/week, preferably including bills, with $350/week being my maximum overall budget. I have a car, so reliable street parking or off-street parking is important. Furnished would be convenient, but I’m open to unfurnished for the right place.
