Hi there,

I am a young at heart guy approaching mid 40's who enjoys socializing, meditation and reading. I am a widely travelled person. For the last 2 decades I lived in Germany where I studied and worked before recently moving to Australia as a permanent resident.

I am a data scientist and hold a PhD in computer science. I prefer living in a peaceful home, where mutual respect, kindness and cleanliness are valued. I appreciate landlords or tenants who are social and friendly but also correct in behaviour. I appreciate clear communication about house rules, bills, etc. before I move in.

I love to meet new people from all over the world. I am very mindful of your privacy and downtime and I expect the same from you. I am not a party person but I enjoy respectful conversations. A rental suits me best as a non-smoker without pets or young children. Really excited to get to know my future flatmates :-)
