We are two Indian International Students, looking for a 2-bedroom accommodation for long-term lease or a home with 2 bedrooms available to move into.

Our requirements are as follows:

Rent - $350 - $450 p/w per room (bills included in rent) **flexible/negotiable

Move in date - 23rd Feb, 2026

Location - Accessible to UNSW/ USYD

Room Type - Private (aircon preferable) (i.e. 2 availability)

Bathroom - Preferably own bathrooms (i.e. 2 availability)

Furnishing - Furnished Rooms

Women - only household

About Us:

We're postgraduate international students from India. We like to cook, watch Netflix, and explore the streets of Sydney. We are easy-going, clean, and friendly - respect our privacy but always open for a good chat over snacks and coffee. We are not party people and hence like to keep the home quiet and cosy.
