Hi! We’re Jake (28) and Porscha (28), two friends looking for an entire 2-bedroom apartment to call home in Melbourne CBD.

About us

We’re respectful, reliable, easygoing housemates who value a clean, comfortable home. Jake works afternoon and evening shifts and keeps a slightly later schedule, so we’re both very mindful of noise, personal space, and being considerate of neighbours.

We’re friendly and open-minded, enjoy a good chat or coffee when we’re both around, but also respect each other’s privacy and downtime.

We have no pets or children. We do smoke, but strictly outdoors only and are very conscious of keeping the property and surrounding areas free from smoke and odour.

What we’re looking for

• Budget: Up to $800 per week total
• Location: Melbourne CBD, ideally close to public transport, supermarkets, and everyday amenities
• Property: Entire apartment only, not a room or existing sharehouse
• Bedrooms: 2
• Bathrooms: 1–2
• Furnishing: Furnished preferred, but unfurnished is absolutely fine
• Bills: Bills included preferred, although we’re happy to arrange utilities separately
• Lease: Flexible and open to both short- and long-term arrangements
• Move-in: Ready to move as soon as the right place becomes available

We’re particularly interested in a clean, well-maintained, modern apartment.
