Hi, my name is Wynter, and I’m currently searching for a room in a share house, open to teaming up as well. Im looking at moving out my current accommodation into a smaller share house. Ideal move in date would be end of April.

I’m a tidy, responsible, and fairly quiet person who values contributing to shared household duties. With experience living in shared homes and a solid rental history, I understand the importance of respecting personal boundaries and keeping communal spaces clean.

While I enjoy being social, I also appreciate my downtime at home. My interests include music, cooking, walking, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I’d love to share a space with housemates who have similar values. Financially, I’m stable as I receive independent youth allowance and work casually, allowing me to comfortably manage rent.

I’m looking for an all-women’s household, my budget is $250 and I’m confident that my considerate and respectful nature would be a great fit.
